In India, first choice is RVCE 2. PES University / PESIT 3. PICT PUNE 4. BMS 5. VIT 6. SRM Follow the order.

What about Chandigarh University?

The best private university in India is BITS- Pilani. It is ranked after IITs in terms of exposure, faculty and placements. If you get BITS, then go for it.

I would suggest for Indo Global Group of Colleges as this is located in Chandigarh which is the best infrastructural place and well managed with good placement assistance.

It is BITS Pilani, so as far as my knowledge goes, the best private Engineering Institute for CSE in India.
