Hello Durlabh, top colleges are IITs, NITs and there are some good private engineering colleges which you can consider like BITS pilani, VIT, DTU, UPES & UTM Shillong . You can check admission and eligibility on website of these colleges. Good luck :) -
u can apply for iit,bits pilani,vit,and nit warangal and suratkal -
well almost iit's are the best .
but other are good to , search on web .
