    Jamia Millia Islamia is a better option being a central university with decent placements.

    Among the above two that is Jamia Millia Islamia and MAIT, I suggest you to opt for the first one in terms of placements, academic, campus crowd, surrounding, etc. Hence, you should go for Jamia Millia Islamia.

    For B.Tech in ECE, Jamia Millia Islamia is a better option over MAIT because it is a central university with a minimal fee.
