Which is the best college to pursue B.Tech?
I have completed diploma in electrical engineering.

You can get admission in IITs after qualifying JEE Advanced exam. To get admission in NITs, you need to qualify JEE Mains exam with good score. You can also get admission in state level colleges after qualifying exams like UPTU, etc.
