Which is the best college to pursue B.Tech, SASTRA University or an engineering college affiliated to Anna University?
My class 12th OBC category cut-off is 187.

I would definitely say that it's better to pursue your degree from SASTRA rather than an affiliated college! The syllabus covered is fresh and is updated regularly! The staffs are very experienced and the university by itself carries out so many engineering projects. You'll learn and develop into a better person with SASTRA! -
SASTRA would be a better choice as it has great placement record and is a "Deemed to be University".
