Which is the best college to pursue BA in mass media and communication?

I have done 12th with PCM and CS and expecting around 85-90% in the same.

Since you don't have political science. You cannot do BA in political science. For journalism and mass communication, the cut-off is around 95% in Delhi University. In IP University, admission is on the basis of the entrance score. DU colleges offering mass communication are: Lady Shri Ram Indrapr
