Which is the best college to pursue engineering with low fees?
I have completed Diploma in mechanical engineering. I have completed class 12th.

It's good to know about your desire to do graduation. You have two options. Firstly, in your own state, you can seek lateral admission in 2nd year of engineering. Else, taking equivalence of 12th with diploma seek admission in 1st year of engineering.
Fees of govternment colleges is less as compared with private colleges.
