Which is the best college to pursue M.Sc in chemistry?

It is adviced to prepare IIT-JAM to clear it and pursue msc from IITs. Other than iit, iisc, bhu, jnu, du, pondicherry univ, osmania, amu, ju, cu are some of the decent places. All the best.
