Which is the best college to pursue M.Tech as a part time programme in India?

I think it is completely a waste of money because part time M.Tech has no scope and it was a naked truth. Instead you have to pursue a full time M.Tech and if you doing a job then you can go with part time M.Tech but it will only increase qualification level nothing more than that.
