Which is the best college to pursue M.Tech if I didn't take GATE exam?

Hello,
Though you don't want to appear for GATE, you need to crack an entrance exam to get admission for M.Tech in a college. For private colleges, there are separate exams while for government colleges, you need to appear for any state entrance exam.
