XIME - Bangalore. I don't know much about other colleges. But after IIMs, XIME is preferred by most especially for HR.

XIME is one of the finest B-schools in India, which has ACBSP accreditation.
Placements 2015:
A. XIME - Bangalore has placed 99%.
1. The highest offer was of Rs.10.50 LPA.
2. Average offer of Rs.6.35 LPA.
3. Median offer of Rs.6.50 LPA
B. XIME – Kochi.
1. Highest offer of Rs.21.00 LP
