Which is the best college to pursue MBA in operation management? How is its placement assistance?

My composite MAT score is 365.5 and percentile is 71.89.

SIBM, Pune is the best college, they do not accept MAT score, but they accept SNAP. Placement Assistance is between 90 and 100%.
