Which is the best college to pursue mechanical engineering among NIT-Hamirpur and PEC-Chandigarh?

I would recommend PEC chandigarh for Mechanical. It is better than NIT Hamirpur definitely. PEC has been rated better in other branches as well and placements are also good.

Sir i belong to SC category nd in PEC the entire fee is quite high as compare to nit hamirpur.. Nd i my parents can,t afford that fees..in pec.. Then what should i do..? Is nit hamirpur is not good for mechanical..
