Which is the best college to pursue my higher studies abroad? Which Diploma course should I opt in PG?

I scored 58.5 percent marks in B.Sc in CS. I scored 6 band in IELTS.

Hi Harpreet, the course of study is something you must decide. Note your interests, subjects you like, future plans and decide. You can pursue Computers, IT, Animation, Graphics etc. Please be specific with the country of your choice, as abroad is a generic term.
