Which is the best college to pursue my Master's degree?
I am in the 3rd year of my B.Tech in civil engineering. I am an average student.

You can appear for GATE exam and crack it with high scores, then go for any of the IIT or you can choose BITS – Pilani and in your 4th year, you have to increase your CGPA.
