My scores are as follow:B.Tech in Civil Engineering-69% (JNTU-A) MS in Civil engineering-3.67/4.00GPA (Texas A&M University) and 1 year teaching experience.

6 years agoHello Bhaskar, Your query is really interesting. But unfortunately no survey or ranking appears to have been done for best institute to do research. However, all is not lost. Ranking is available for best civil engineering college. By analogy, we can perhaps say that these colleges will be best for research too!
