Which is the best college to pursue UG?
I completed class 12th and after that, I joined a general purpose rating. I worked onshore for 1-year. Now, I want to complete my UG so that I can join a course related to shipping.

IISc-Bangalore, but it requires very good marks in JEE Advanced.
