Which is the best college to study BA Psychology as a distance learning course?

I passed out of college in May 2012 (BE EEE with 78%) and I'm going to work in a power plant based company from August. I'm very interested in psychology and I thought of studying BA Psychology as a distance learning course.Suggest some good institutions for this. Thanks
