Which is the best college to study hotel management in Andhra Pradesh or Karnataka (Bangalore)?

I have completed my 12th standard (BIPC) at Anantapur in Andhra Pradesh with 47.00%. I want to become a chef.

    IHM, Bangalore is amongst top 3 in all over India. It comes after IHM Pusa, Delhi and Mumbai. Infrastructure of the campus is small though but the placement record of the institute is very good in terms of faculty and teaching.
