Which is the best college under IP University to pursue B.Tech in CSE?
I want a college with good placement assistance and experienced faculty. I secured 4309 rank in IPU-CET. I live in Delhi.

As per your 4k rank you will get G. B. Pant College, it is a government college with good placement records. However, you may get an upper top college like Maharaja Agrasen or Surajmal.

Sorry but at the rank of 15k with an outside Delhi tag, it is difficult to get a good college.
However, you can try for HMR, Amity and JIM's Noida as the cut-off.
