CSE Chandigarh university is the best, and Chandigarh University is the best in comparison to any other institute. Not only, does it has a better NIRF ranking, however, but it also has been rated top 3 private institutes of the country by QS. There are many institutions and universities in Punjab that offer CSE programmes, however, I'll recommend Chandigarh University. The university is among the top in the world for placements, infrastructure, rankings on both a national and international level, student exchange programmes, and academics in addition to the many other programmes it offers students.
