You can easily go for jadavpur university.You will get chemical engineering which is a very good department in terms of curriculum and placements also.Either you can look for NITs also but you should go for jadavpur university.One piece of advice,keep a good college priority unless you're not too passionate about a particular department.If you don't have idea about departments much then try to get information about departments,their curriculum on top of priority list,your future ambitions and then choose the department that Will help you best for your ambitions.final word, you should choose best college.
