Dear Shubendu, B.Sc in IT an M.Sc in IT are run by universities. SMU, KSOU, Kevempu University in a Distance Mode.

The courses which you named are not taught in any colleges or universities but learnt through private institutions. NIIT, GNIIT and Appin are such institutes and they have branches in all major cities.
