Which is the best country and best college for CSE?
My brother is studying in 10+1 (science). After completing his 10 + 2, I am planning to send him to UK or US. My maximum budget is for 4 years is 30 to 35 lacs.

I would recommend to go with Canada, because US and UK both are very expensive countries to do Bachelors. Your budget should be around INR 50 Lacs- 1Cr for a very good college in US and INR 40L-70L for UK.
