Hi,
If you are thinking about B.Tech in computer Science, then I will suggest you Canada & USA. If you think for Canada, then you need to give IELTS exam. And, if you are thinking about USA, then you will need to give IELTS as well as SAT. So, choice is yours. Both countries are best Canada is chea
