NewZealand is the best option . After one year Level 7 program you will get one year work visa. Once you get job you will be given two year work visa.Once you get work permit you are eligible for PR

With regards to job opportunities post study New Zealand is a better option. Courses are less expensive and the hospitality sector is quite booming in the country.
