Hello Renish, I feel the best country to study IT is none other than India. IIT M is the best of the lot. But you will get admission only if you are amongst top 60 in IIT Advanced!

The USA has been always leading the world when it comes to quality technical education. Be it MIT, CalTech, or Stanford, the USA has some of the world's top engineering Universities. Hope it helps.
