Which is the best country for MBA - USA or Canada?

Its a tricky question.United States in terms of quality education and job opportunities is really good. However, you might be aware of the fact that getting H1B VISA in US is very competitive and its limited. Whereas in Canada, the quality of education is equal to US. Job opportunities are not that high when compared to US that's mainly because they mainly ask for Canadian work experience. Its very difficult to get jobs initially in Canada. But once you come out of that phase then definitely you have all options wide open. You get 3 years of work permit in Canada after completing MBA. Also getting PR in Canada is very easy. Majority of world's leading B Schools are in USA. Therefore, MBA in USA on the criterion of quality of education, brand image and acceptance; MBA in USA is the best.

Canada is one of the most sought after countries when it comes to MBA because of its top-ranked universities and its cost-effective education.

A lot would depend on your long term plans and financial status. Some pros and cons of both the countries are as under: USA: It has some of the world’s best education system and universities. 1. Getting student visa is a challenge and post qualification employment opportunity further would be a challenge as the student visa rules are not friendly any more. 2. Fees would be on the higher side. 3. You will have to clear GMAT/TOFEL to seek admissions in most universities Canada: They have better education than India. Not many options available in terms of good universities. 1. 2. Fee structure is lower than USA. 2. Student visa rules are friendly and the government there is keen on providing permanent residency. 3. Employment though being a challenge there as well, one can still get a job. 4. Once having PR in Canada, one can move to USA comfortably. 5. You will have to clear GMAT/TOFEL to seek admission in most universities. You could also explore MBA in Australia and Ireland.
