Which is the best country for pursuing MS in Mechanical Engineering?

My profile: SSC - 89%, Diploma in Mechanical engineering - 89%, B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering - 7.93 (CGPA). Currently working in TATA Consultancy Services as a Developer (BMC Remedy). I am interested in Design, Automobile and Production. Both my siblings are staying in the USA.

Although, MS in Germany will be best for your field and also cost, but having siblings in the USA will have a huge advantage in terms of finding Internships or stay. Your marks are good in SSC and degree, so far which will result in good GPA. Simultaneously, get following score, after completion of the degree:
    1. GRE> 320
    2. TOEFL>105
Germany has a very low tuition fee and many universities offer MS in English language, but full advantage can be taken only if you clear German language 'A' level (250 Hours) course. Living costs will be at least 25% higher compared to USA where you can manage within $600 per month.
