best country after graduation for Indians abroad jobwise to settle there and work permit, i am Btech,c.s.e , 59.73%, budget 10 to 12 Lak, plz keep in mind work permit difficulty, current and future economy and best academic major for me plz

I would suggest you to visit some immigration consultants like Y-Axis or Abhinav's they will properly help you after understand your profile. Also let me tell you going abroad for job is not at all easy and settlement is bit tough everywhere.
