Which is the best country out of US, Australia and Canada to pursue master sin computer science?

Hi, presently i am pursuing B.TECH in IT and will be graduate in 2012.Now i think of doing higher studies in either IT or computer science in countries either like US,Australia,Canada.Please suggest me whether to study in India or abroad and if for abroad then which country is better.Thank you.
