Which is the best country outside india to pursue masters in dentistry for both economic reasons and that actually has a value?

I am having difficulty choosing between USA(where the fees are steep and I have to repeat 2 years of DDS) Australia, UK(getting a job here as a dentist may be difficult I've heard),New Zealand, Germany or France(With less tuition fees but are their degrees worth it?)Please help me choose
