Which is the best country to do MS? Also I want to know the job opportunities after my MS in that country. Both in one country. Less costly

I have completed BE in Information Science with 55% aggregate and want to do MS in Internet Technology or Computer Science or Information Science specialized in Web design/Internet security. Which are the best colleges for this? Will I get admission? I am concerned about it.
