Which is the best country to pursue Bachelors in engineering and also providing scholarship on merit base?

Hi Dhruv,
USA is the best country and universities are very good and generous in terms of scholarships. But, of course, you must be good at applicants with very good marks and extracurriculars for getting the scholarship. Canada is another great choice. You may also consider Europe, France, Netherlands, etc.
