Which is the best country to pursue computer science and engineering?
I can only pay 4,00,000 rupees as the tuition fee for the first year.

Hi Sankalp,
Your budget is too low for foreign studies. Check if you can get education loan or study in India. You can check Singapore, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong, Germany, Poland, etc.
