India is not a bad country to pursue a CS course considering the requirement and qualified outputs per year

If you mean Company Secretary (CS) then India is the best country to pursue this course.
Company Secretaries deal with legal aspects in the management of a company. They keep company's records; complete tax returns; advise the Board of Directors.

Company Secretary course can always be done in India, with direct inputs for the Indian job scenario. What is the need for going elsewhere. Please contact ICSI New Delhi.
