Which is the best country to pursue M.Tech abroad? Which exam do I need to qualify for the same?

You are an electrical engineer and for electrical engineering, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany are the best places to study. And for that, you need to appear in GRE (mainly for USA) and TOEFL/IELTS and with that your academic record is also important.
