Which is the best country to pursue Masters in mechanical engineering? Is there a lot of racism in Germany?

I am a third year engineering student. I want to study in Germany, Canada or Switzerland.

No doubt, Germany is good option for pursuing Engineering. It is the best place for technical innovations, it is a quite obvious option for most of the students, who looks for an engineering degree is to first consider his or her study options in Germany.

Yes Germany is good. There is no racism and people are very friendly and caring.
