Clear GRE exam and then go to Germany. It is the best place for mechanical engineers.

Germany is a well-known country to pursue mechanical engineering and related courses. There is no tuition cost, but its academic requirement is very high. You need to have your IELTS or TOEFL along with German language proficiency. Even GRE is mandatory.
