None of the country offer guaranteed job unless you do it from a well-ranked institute each country is good in its own term.

The answer is self-explanatory. Please go through that for guaranteed job you need to be in top B school and for that refer QS ranking, Times tanking of such global B school getting admission there needs lot of efforts hardworking passion aptitude and commitment
