There is no good answer to this question. The MBA was created in the USA by Harvard Business School. The USA is also a home to some of the best business schools in the world. When considering to pursue an MBA, you should consider a multitude of factors including admission requirements, price, duration, reputation of the school, accreditation, quality of faculty etc.
For most, it comes down to admission criteria and fees (will you get accepted and can you afford the fees). I would personally recommend exploring both UK and USA options (UK MBA is only 1 year in duration and tuition fees are reasonable). Here is a link to an article which

The student has to analyse his own backdrop. For a good MBA, there isn't a single factor to count. Studying MBA in the USA has a definite advantage. But, on return to India, what you propose to do with it also counts. The scenario should be set properly for you to be ready to further your achievement.

You know 40 % of PHd in fine comes from UK university. you can get admission after this masters for PHd and get funding of around 10 lakhs per year for three years. By doing in Uk you save one year of tour life pay less fees and able to earn your fees back on part time job earnings.USA it is a two year programs and your fees will be around 18 to 20 lakhs.

India is the best country to pursue MBA in finance. Clear CAT and Try for IIMS. Also, there are many Schools which offers MBA in Finance. MBA Fees for USA can range from 10 Lacs per year to 70 Lacs per year, depending on the college. Top MBA colleges in USA like HBS, Wharton, Stanford, offer MBA programs at comparatively higher cost. While there are quite a few MBA scholarships in USA for Indian students, it still might be a little steep for an average student.
