Which is the best country to pursue MS in civil engineering with low fees?
I have completed B.Tech in 2016 with 67% marks from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.

If you are planning to go abroad, Germany is the best country for MS in civil engineering without any tuition fees.
If your budget allow then you can opt for Australia, USA or Canada as well.

Why don't you appear for GATE and pursue M.Tech civil engineering from IIT Roorkee for a good career?
