Which is the best country to pursue MS in mechanical engineering?
I have scored 5.6 CGPA in B.Tech in ME and 6 band in IELTS.

Dear Chintan,
Best country for mechanical engineering is Germany. Germany is considered hub for mechanical engineering. But, you have very low CGPA & only 6 band it is little to get admission there.
