Which is the best country to pursue MS in mechanical within a budget of 5 lakhs?

I have 33 backlogs (repetitive) & completed BE in 2015 with 59% marks. Besides, I had 59% in 10th & 81% in intermediate. I planned to study in Canada but to study there the backlog limitation is 7-8. Kindly help me in taking the right decision.

Hello Arman, I suggest you to do your MS from India only with good grades and without any backlog. After good results, please try for foreign universities so that you will get good university to take you career up.
