Which is the best country to pursue my higher education? How much money do I need to spend for the same?

With B.tech in IS, you may either pursue MS , MBA or any diploma from USA, Germany, Canada, NewZealand, Australia. The cost may vary from 25k $ to 70k$ depending on the course and country.
