Which is the best country to pursue my higher studies?
I have scored 5.5 bands in IELTS and completed class 12th in arts stream with 63% in 2016.

First, it mainly depends on your field. If you are mechanical engineer, you should go for Germany. For CSE, USA and all the other branches, Australia is becoming also a new choice of people. -

You can try in UK, Australia, USA, France, Singapore, etc. There are many popular countries. The expenses are something you have to compare and decide where to study. The universities have different admission requirements which you have to check also.
