    Hi Suman,
Almost all the foreign countries have provisions for part time jobs for international students except a few countries like Singapore. Majority of the countries require students to work for 20 hours a week as part time. It is hard for me to say which country would be best for you as it is quite choice based and depends on an individual. However, some of the conventional destinations are USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France and The Netherlands.
    I hope it helps.

    Hello Suman,
While I agree to what Ms. Sharna has advised, it really depends that what is your need of the career & expectation from life as deciding a country depends on that only. Some countries are open for providing you permanent residency which gives a wise future tomorrow & some are just good places temporarily.
    It's indeed an individual's choice.
    Good luck.
