Which is the best country to study Masters in Management?

I am planning to pursue MIM course from a B-School abroad, and wanted to know which country would be the best for the same? Basis some research it seems the best b-schools for MIM are in Europe, especially in France. Will there be any career hurdles when working in a non-English-speaking country?
