If you are eligible for B.Tech, then you should definitely go for B.Tech as the salary range of a B.Tech graduate is more than as compared to BCA graduate. B.Tech is a better option for you. MCA is equivalent to B.E/B.Tech.

Hi, Both the courses are related to IT. But, B.Tech is an engineering degree, whereas BCA is a professional degree course. In terms of market demand, B.Tech in IT is much ahead of BCA.
