There is no course called best, if you like or love the course pattern then it is best for you.

If you are a student of science stream in +2 then engineering or medical would be better. If you are a student of commerce stream then B.Com or CA will be better. See, it is all about your interest. Since you have not mentioned your 12th stream, it is difficult to address your answer properly.

There are many courses that you can do after 12th. No course is good and no course is bad until you have interest in studying. If you have no interest in doing a course then it does not mean that the course is bad.

A course is neither good nor bad, without any prior interest and Knowledge. You should do in which you are interested and you think make career with it. For every stream student, there is several courses available. Go find your favorite Course, You can find it on official Shiksha website. Best wishe
